how to do i test the queries for 100000 concurrent users using mysql slap?

I am using windows 10 with 3GB RAM and tried executing the queries for 4000 users but i got error "could not create thread".So i want to test for more than this but unable to get the solution for this please any1 help me out what is the solution for this?
Do i need to use any other tool?
