Inable to reply to Verizon voice text messages.

I have an S7 and if i get a voice text from a Verizon user it changes thier name to a phone#.voicetext and if i reply to the text msg my text does not go through. I continue to get their texts but none of mine go through even though it says sent. Reboot does not help. Does anyone have a fix?
