My galaxy s7

My galaxy s7 is stuck in the google screen and will not allow me to access my phone. I have reset the password for google. I have tried factory reset and nothing is working. I loged into my computer to google and email address and pass word works but not on my phone. PLEASE HELP!!! I have an expensive phone that i can not use since Saturday.
