How to get rid of a Caller ID App error message?

When I try to access my phone call app on my S8 I keep getting a message saying that the Caller ID has stopped working. I already have the Caller ID app disabled and cannot uninstall it. I have also tried the Force Stop, but to no avail. Does anyone know what else I can do to fix this?
