How do I get the blocked notifications on my husbands pulldown back on!?

We couldn't get our Samsung J3s to play notification sounds. I ended up going to Security Master and fixing it from there. No my husband used the pull down screen and hit block notifications and I cant get it back to how it was. It'll vibrate when mesdage comes but nothing else. Please help!!😃
