How to remove blue box that randomly appears at the bottom right of my screen on my Fire Stick?

Regardless of what app I'm using, or even on screen saver, this bluish colored blank box appears for a few seconds at the bottom right of my screen. My app notifications are turned off, and I disabled the blue Android circle that ES File Explorer enabled by default. I have no idea what this is or how to get rid of it. Please help. Thank you.
