In the most recent software update, my BLU VIVO XL is not functioning properly. I lost complete access to the Home button and Windows button on the bottom of my phone. I am only able to exit screens and apps my utilizing the back button. (Not fun) My phone is not allowing me to download new apps. I receive the download pending on the play store. (Storage available) Any advice?
