Tablet closes when I turn on wifi

Hi, I bought my kids T805c tablets for xmas. I finally got around to connecting them to wifi, and now they both go into boot loop. If I disconnect the wifi, they work fine. If I go into recovery it says no command. I also go into another screen buts the menu is all in Chinese, I've googled it, the first screen showed me which is factory reset. Did factory reset, no change. Started in safe mode, turn on wifi and it closes.
Does anyone have any solutions, my kids are devastated that they cant use their presents.
