KeyEvent Problem

Before updating the Android version, I was able to access the KeyEvent.KEYCODE_VOLUME_UP and KeyEvent.KEYCODE_VOLUME_DOWN events. But it does not work on these events after the update of Android 8.0.
Should I grant any permission?
