does anyone recognise this app?(SS of an optimizer screen)

my friends phone seems to be infected with some sort of optimiser that has completely taken over the phone so is obviously malware , it opens a fullscreen bright green or blue screen with an animation showing a round time/completion level meter and it alternates between saying it has optimised the memory, cleared the memory, cleaned the memory, cooled the battery etc etc etc , the bottom half of the screen has a built-in window for google adds, and after this timer has elapsed...a couple of seconds or so, it then shows another full page advert if you click it closed??
