Google keeps stopping even in safe mode...what now

That it is pretty much I am getting the Google stopped working message every 5 seconds whenever I do anything with my phone. I have read that putting it in safe mode should remove the error (I'm a dummy).But even in safe mode, the error keeps coming. No new updates, no new apps, it is getting on my nerves.

I send an SOS to the world.
