How do i undo the software updates that i downloaded

I woke up one morning and my tablet was demanding a software update I didn't do it until I acted one of my friends what it was and she said it is supposed to help your device be better. So I downloaded it, then it said "software update postponed " so I clicked on it once again and it made it even worse, my device now is extremely loud, my keyboard has shrunken, everything is bigger, and it just acts a lot more different.
Pleas try to help me and everyone else who is having problems with this update. Also I don't have emojis:(
