I keep finding [BT]msm_serial _hs.log in my sons phone, in the my files data section

It says it has 132KB and a time and date, but when I click to open it ,it says, All apps associated with this action have been turned off,blocked, or are not installed!
In fact, a lot of the files in that folder are white blank, and say that when I try opening them.... can someone PLEASE tell me what this means? ???
