My tablet is stuck in fastboot. How do i get it out?

My Huawei Mediapad S8-301L is stuck in fastboot and I can't get it out of it. When I power the tablet on it says: "Entering into fastboot mode. You can press POWER key for more than 10 seconds to reboot device" and when I reboot it the tablet goes back in fastboot mode. So I tried using adb fastboot but when I type in cmd "fastboot devices" it doesn't see the tablet.
