Samsung J7 refine is not connecting to service

Hey guys. I got my new phone awhile ago a few days before christmas. It worked well until my data provider connection isn't really connecting well. I have to restart my phone to see if i even got any messages or missed calls then it goes back down after a bit. Why is my samsung j7 refine doing this and what should I do to fix it? I could be missing an important call
