Since the last update of Android 7.1.1. N on Januray 2019, I cant play wma files any more

On my Wiko Wim-Lite phone (Android 7.1.1 N), until about 15th January 2019, I had no problem to listen my .wma-files, for instance on Pi-music player. After updating the new version of Android, these files are no more recognized, whereas the .mp3 files don't make any problem. Will there be a patch issued which will allow again to play wma-files?
