Why does my bottom speaker not work on the pixel 2 xl

My bottom speaker for the pixel 2 xl does not work at all. I tried a left channel right channel YouTube video. I've tried Spotify. Is there some setting that I'm missing? I've had this phone for 4 months and never dropped it.
