Just got the Samsung Galaxy 10 and got the Galaxy Buds free. They work great and I love them but I noticed the max volume resets lower whenever a notification comes through.
For an example, I will be listening to music and if someone calls me on FB Messenger, the notification sounds for it comes through. Normal. But then if I end or decline the messenger call, my music volume sounds as if I turned it all the way down, but the slider is still high. So the max volume it can go up to is a whisper.
Sometimes if I disconnect them from bluetooth and reconnect it helps a bit , but usually I have to put them away and wait a day or so for the normal volume settings to return.
It's hard to explain, but basically:
I listen to music on volume 7 out of 10.
I get some call or notification.
Then my phone shows as volume 7, but is actually playing in my ears at volume 3. So even at max 10 volume, I'm really only hearing volume 6.
Anyone with the same issue?
