how do i access my sd card that was encrypted as internal memory by an andrioid phone

I encrypted an sd card as internal storage on my zte blade, however, the screen is incredibly damaged at this point so it is impossible to go to settings and make it so i can use the sd card on other devises but i still want to use the sd card, is there a way to get it to decrypt it on a computer or some other phone?
