How to change a bad imei with a good imei galaxay 7

I have a galaxy 7 that I bought off line (craigslist) and the imei is black listed, I then later bought another 7 and it works great ,but my screen got smashed , so I'm wanting to take the good imei # off smashed screen and replace the black listed galaxay 7 imei
Can I get some help for this ?
