Can't turn off Location Services Timeout notifications

I have a Note 8 which just updated to Android Pie a few days ago. Now, all of a sudden, I'm getting constant notifications that Location Services Timed Out whenever I'm home. I don't have a cell signal in my home and use WiFi Calling. I can't figure out how to stop the notifications and they're driving me crazy!
