How do I sign into a preowned Samsung Galaxy phone?

I bought a Samsung Galaxy S4 used about year ago off eBay. I had to factory reset my phone today and on the startup screen I'm being asked to sign into the Samsung account that was on the phone. Well it's the previous owners account. Any help how I can get by this?
