Google Account Factory reset

Hi, have a Samsung Galaxy S5 Neo which has had a factory reset not from within Andriod but when the set up starts again its asking for the previous google account, but as that user no longer has the phone we need to remove that. Does anyone know how to get rid of this so I can reallocate the phone.
