Hi, I know this I am an amateur but please help me out and bear with me.
Using TWRP I formatted my entire phone trying to Unroot, then I locked my bootloader, until I found out that I could not get the .exe RUU files for my carrier and cannot reinstall stock ROM. My carrier is Rogers Canada. I am now stuck in bootloader, with bootloader locked and no recovery installed. My phone has no ROM on it as everything is completely wiped. Please help, and thank you.
