Galaxy S8 - constant notifications even when all are off

Starting today, I am getting the notification tone about every every minute, and I can't make it stop. I thought it might be
Facebook issue but I turned off all App notifications, did a soft reset, etc. So frustrating. I am not getting excessive emails, texts, or anything of the sort, just the notification tone over and over...
