how i see my android miscellaneous files on laptop

I have Samsung Note 2. My mobile automatically restart and all data disappeared it's like new mobile i've lost my all contacts and pictures. but when i watched setting there is still appearing 10.37 miscellaneous files how can i recover or see these file on laptop.
