I have restarted the phone, I have done a factory reset,(lost all numbers) can't answer incoming calls , the screen to answer doesn't show up to swipe. I can call using icon in text, but still getting unfortunately, when I press phone icon. Anyone have any suggestions, at this point I don't know what to do. Moto G first gen, Thanks for any information.
