Why am I note receiving SMS from iPhones on my Note8?

I am unable to receive SMS messages (pictures) from my iphone counterparts. Is there a setting to enable/disable or something I can do to remedy this?

All messages are received then upon downloading, instead of the image, I get "Message not found".

Help?
