Can I set up Google Home Mini to respond only to my voice?

Or can it be set to ignore particular voices? I've got a 4 yr old who becoming drunk with the power he wields with his voice commands. I know that Google Home can recognize different voices and utilize multiple Google Accounts, so maybe it can be set to only respond to people with a linked account?

Or could I set up an account for him, and then limit what that account can do?

I'm tired of having my Christopher Cross jams subverted by a mini-thug's calls for Iron Man.
