how to delete my phone mobile number from others contacts?

after i knew that my mobile is hacked, and i know the person, so how to delete my phone number from his device? and if deleted, he cant play on my device or hacked it ? or if i block his number from my contact list, does this mean my number will disappear from his device? plz help !!!!!! my photos, videos, all files with him!!! he know everything i did and ill do. plz help
im really in a huge problem!!!
or there is anyway that i can become a hacker also?
