Can I install T-Mobile stock rom on a Verizon model S7?

I have a Verizon Samsung Galaxy S7 SM-G930V, but recently switched to T-Mobile. I am having trouble updating the software on the device and have to use Smart Switch to perform any updates. This however, is only updating the Verizon firmware. Would it be possible to flash a T-Mobile SM-930T stock rom on my device without bricking?
