How do I move data stored on my SD card back to phone

I want to put a bigger SD card in my phone as the one I have has little room left. But there are loads of things stored on there by my phone. I know I can move apps back to the phone storage in the same way I put them there in the first place. But it looks like other apps store on the SD card even though they themselves are on the phone. Also I'm not sure how to move photos, videos and music back to the phone.
Any help hugely appreciated
