Phone Idle / Screen taking 124% and 116% of battery???

When I go to my battery tab in my settings it shows that Phone Idle / Screen are takind a massive 124% and 116% (witch is more then 100..dafuq). Ive also had problems with charging my battery, wont go over 40-50 sometimes 30%. Wont chagre past some precent even when its turned off..any ideas on how I might fix this. Doogee Y200 android 5.1
