Google Pixel XL - MIssing Sound Settings

After the last security patch (ver 8.1, Jan 5), the sound setting is missing from my quick pull down menu. I have the Do not distrub, but not the volume control icon. In edit mode, it is not available to readd. Thoughts on repairing?
