fast changing option getting turned off

whenever i plug in my s7 edge to a fast charger there is no fast charging happening. when i went to the options of battery, there i saw the option of fast charging was enabled but surprisingly whenever i plugged in the charger , the fast charging option got disabled automatically. so i tried with various other fast chargers but the same thing happened. CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP AND GUIDE ME
