None of my Google Apps will load on WIFI. Tried EVERYTHING!

None of my google Apps (Play, Calendar, YouTube, etc) will load on my phone when I'm connected to Wifi. I even bought a new router thinking that my other one was too old. Recently switched to Fiber optic internet. Could that be part of the problem?
