Can't get access to my Android tablet from my PC anymore

When I connect my Samsung tablet to my PC via USB I never get the dialog box where I can choose if the PC can have access to the filesystem on the tablet?

I can't access the tablet from my PC anymore.. Works fine if I connect my phone?
