First of all please note that my phone Has NOT come into contact with any moisture.
The other day i tried to charge my phone by turning it off and plugging it in (to expedite the charging process.) Instead, it began to vibrate and give off the moisture detection screen. I then tried to turn it on but the phone would start rebooting and then die. It would then try to self reboot after dying. This would loop as long as the phone was plugged into the wall.
The phone would only actually finish the restarting process if i unplugged it and then restarted it.
Once the phone was restarted i was then able to charge it. The moisture detection alert does not appear when the phone is on and charges normaly.
I fear that if my phone completely runs out of battery i will be unable to charge it when it is off because of the moisture error.
I have tried starting in safe mode, i have tried clearing data under usb settings (as suggested by internet). the only thing that this solved was eliminating the boot, die, boot error experienced when attempting to reboot while plugged in.
