Phone stuck in roaming

I have a htc droid incredible 2. Verizon isn't helping much.....and I can't get any service. I tried *228,*22898 and it goes to u.s. cellular Ota programming and it's because I'm roaming.
I need the complete schematics for the NAM.
I've done ##778
Just need the info to get it back on Verizon network
