Why has my Bluetooth started asking for a pin?

I had to do a factory reset on my phone because it was glitching. Now when I try to use Bluetooth it asks for a pin with my car's Bluetooth. It never did before. And it says I need to enter that pin on my car too. Not possible. Help?????
