My Pixel 3 POP email account is showing 1 week of email - how to extend that?

Need to be able to see and search more than 1 week's worth of emails on the Pixel 3 for my POP account. AT&T is my carrier and the email provider is Cablevision. I have tried everything suggested for similar situations and I don't see an option to extend. Thanks!
