why can`t I delete my google accounts?

Recently i deleted one of my google accounts then my phone asked for an Account action required. Now i want to delete all of my gmail accounts from my phone. I have gone to the accounts button and have seen the google accounts. But every time i press the google button. The screen suddenly says "sorry settings has stopped." What do i do?
