Why my gallery not showing all whats app images in moto g3?

Now a days what ever images I receive in whats app, I don't see them in gallery some pics

I checked through ES file explorer in whats app images, the photos r there
Also checked connecting to laptop. I see images

Problem is with only gallery.

Please suggest how can I report this to moto g3 service
