AT&T Trek 2 HD Mashmallow, how do I enable multiple users or restricted user access?

I need to set up the tablet for work and I need to limit the application the person uses down to 2 apps. This was available in Lollipop but it is totally gone from the version of Marshmallow on the AT&T Trek 2 HD. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
