can i install marshmillow in samsung galaxy s7562 without any problem?

i have samsung galaxy s7562 and i have sandwitch 4.04 os. i want to know can i install marshmilow or lolipop without any slow processor problem ?
Ram of mobile is 645mb and internal storage is 1.78 gb...
