Can a porn virus/malware/etc. Get to my pictures and take them ?

I downloaded cm security and when i scanned it showed me that there is sometype of porn virus or malware virus or something like that i don't really remmember , i cleamed it and now everything is good , but my question is : is it possible that this thing hacked my gallery and toke the pictures inside ? Please answer , thanks alot
