How to enter my cell, after reset it, I forget that the touch keys do not work?

I turned off my cell phone and was synced every time I turned it on, so I decided to reset it, but when I was going on after reset, I realized I needed the touch keys, which I stopped working long ago.
I had an application that replaced these functions.
