I have a PANASONIC ELUGA I and I just did the Factory Resetting

I have a PANASONIC ELUGA I and I just did the Factory Resetting. After i choose which language I prefer a message that says "Unfortunately Setup Wizard Has Stopped" appears and I can't continue on. I've tried resetting it multiple times and even erased cache but nothing. It Doesn't Open any further and settings also opened
