I Tried to clear my cache and dalvik but my phone doesn't wanna turn on

I previously tried to clear the cache and dalvik on my phone but it didnt start back up, i have tried powerbutton + homebutton, power + volume up, power + vol down but my phone keeps turning black with the blue notification light flashing.
i have a samsung galaxy s6 edge
