My Galaxy s5 got locked out by CM security App

My phone got locked out because I failed the fingerprint scan and forgot password on my security app called CM security. Phone itself is not locked but CM security app is locking me to get to my phone.
I don't know the password to unlock it and if I miss another 2 times, the phone will be reset as factory setting which I really like to avoid.
Please help!
